I spend a lot of time thinking about what’s for dinner. Or lunch. Or snack. My mind is usually occupied with what I get to eat next, basically. Many nights, we end up trying to come up with meals based on what we have on hand. And usually it isn’t that difficult because we keep a pretty well-stocked kitchen. The idea is to be well-stocked, not overstocked. Budget is important here, so I’ve included an asterisk(*) on items that you can usually find for much less in bulk sections of the grocery store.
